Date: 02-10-2018 10:00:21 Lo he resuelto de una manera muy logica, el json de user/controllers estaba mal escrito y era de la siguiente manera
res.status(500).send({'message':'Error al guardar usuario'});
Solo avía que colocarle el({'msg':'Tu mensaje'});
